TRSLH series Jet Mud Mixer is used to concoct the drilling fluids and to change its density and viscosity. This device can satisfy the fluid weighting & mixing of solids control system used for 1500m-9000m drilling. It is the equipment to match with drilling solids control equipment, generally used for mixing and adjusting the proportion of drilling fluid, changing the density, viscosity and water loss etc. It has much excellent operation if being matched with shear pump, and also can be designed to single or double jet mud mixer as the clients’ requirements. TR jet mud mixer is composed of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base with pipe valves. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined or be installed separately.

Advantages of TRSLH Series Jet Mud Mixer:
- Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also improve the mixed liquid pressure head, enhance material dispersion effect, so that the material in the tank mixed fully.
- Single jet mud mixer consists of one centrifugal pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
- The jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, with good sealing performance.
