High Capacity 200m3/h 10" Cyclone Drilling Fluid Desander for Mud Circulating System
Main Introduction
Mud Desander is the second class solids control equipment in drilling operation. Generally, there are a set of hydrocyclones in 8”, 10” or 12” in the desander, which mainly used for separating solid particles sized in 47~76μm from the drilling fluids. TRCS series desander mainly consists of shale shaker, hydrocyclones, distribution manifold, and electric control cabinet. Our desander removes the abrasive solids from the drilling fluids which cannot be removed by shale shaker.
Desander has already been one of TR’s main products that ever requested very often from clients. TRCS series desander overcomes the shortcomings of the original desanding process. Our desander is with advantages of strong separation ability, high quality hydrocyclones, large capacity, small noise, long service time and easy maintenance. Design Principle
TR desander is produced by an advanced design, quality materials, careful engineering and finest workmanship which comprising 8, 10, and 12 inches cone diameter. Our desanders have various capacity based on its diameter.
Operation Mechanism
Desander includes two 12-inch(305-mm) diameter polyurethane hydroclones slant mounted over the shaker. Each desander clone includes four replaceable wear resistant polyurethane sections that are joined together with quick release stainless steel clamps. The desander is furnished with an 8-inch(203-mm) diameter feed manifold and a 10-inch (254-mm) diameter discharge manifold and a 0-60 psi (4.1-bar) pressure gauge. The desander also includes a solids discharge trough to distribute the hydroclone underflow evenly onto the screening surface.
